The L.A. County District Attorney has rejected the felony drug case due to police only finding a small amount of drugs–reportedly meth. The Oakland native claims that the drugs were left in a police car by a prior suspect, not him.
The District Attorney has sent the case to the City Attorney for misdemeanor review because Too $hort does not have a felony record.
