During a visit to ESPN’s “First Take” on Thursday (August 14), Lil Wayne finally shared the release date for his anticipated 11th solo album Tha Carter V. That, and the official cover art.
The project will arrive on October 28.
Sticking with the same theme from previous covers in Tha Carter album series, he used a photo of baby Weezy, this time posing with his mother Jacida Carter. “It’s perfect, because I always go with a baby picture and I wanted to go with one with my momma,” Wayne said.
