Jay Z’s really taking this #newrules thing to heart. Having already released his album on Samsung phones and partnered with Budweiser on the Made in America festival, he’s now joined forces with Facebook for the exclusive (for 24 hours, at least) premiere of his “Holy Grail” video … not even collaborator Justin Timberlake’s allegiances to MySpace could change his mind.

Philadelphia rapper Meek Mill has been barred from touring for a month after a judge found he violated probation restrictions associated with a 2008 drug and gun conviction. Common Pleas Judge Genece Brinkley said Monday the rapper, whose real name is Robert Williams, violated an order restricting his performance scheduling and failing to properly keep in touch with his probation officer.

Plenty of people have expressed their dislike with the fact that Rihanna appears to have gotten back together with Chris Brown and Jay-Z is one of them. According to the British paper The Sun, Jay-Z has taken on the big brother role now that Rihanna has made the decision to re-unite with Chris Brown, who in 2009 was charged with felony assault after RiRi claimed he beat and bit her during an argument the two were having.
