Diddy Instigates Downton Abbey Prank
Diddy made a shocking announcement last week. In a series of tweets, the Hip-Hop mogul claimed that he would be appearing in British period drama series, “Downton Abbey”. It has since been revealed that the surprising news was no more than a joke on Diddy’s part. “I’m going to be making a big announcement in the next hour-im excited for yall to hear!” he tweeted on May 15. “I have to admit that Downton Abbey is one of my favorite shows- and thats why Im so excited today @DowntonAbbey,” he added.

Diddy then released what appeared to be a bizarre piece of news.
“MY BIG NEWS: So happy to announce that Im a series regular on DOWNTON ABBEY-my favorite show+i’ll be debuting a sneak peek tonight 12am PST!”
According to the Wall Street Journal, there is no truth at all in the statements, suggesting that Diddy was simply pulling a prank.
A spokesperson for Masterpiece was asked whether there was any truth in the tweets, and responded, “None at all. Thanks for checking.”
