A woman who claims she suffered a gash in her arm that required 12 stitches after she was caught up in the Chris Brown/Drake fight madness has hired a lawyer and plans to sue. Javier Solano, a lawyer representing a woman named Lucy Pavlovsky tells TMZ his client was in the VIP section at W.i.P. Nightclub when the fight went down. He says Lucy ducked down when the bottles started flying and didn’t notice her arm was cut — “gushing blood,” in her words — until she was making her way out of the club. Solano says Lucy took a cab to the nearest hospital, and got a total of 12 stitches to close up two cuts on her arm — and also got a tetanus shot.

W.i.P. — the nightclub where the Chris Brown/Drake melee took place earlier this week — has been shut down indefinitely tonight by the NYPD for various violations. Law enforcement sources say… the Civil Enforcement Unit (a division of the NYPD) had been looking into violations at the club previously and the events that unfolded this week provided them with the opportunity to examine those violations more closely.

Members of Drake’s entourage are NOT talking to cops about the nightclub brawl with Chris Brown … because they do not want to become “snitches” — sources tell TMZ. As one source put it, “We’re no running-to-the-police ass niggas.” When we broke the story … Chris Brown and his lawyers have been cooperating with police. As for Drake, law enforcement sources tell us the NYPD has spoken with his reps but they won’t be able to speak with the rapper until his lawyer comes to NYC.

Chris Brown has spoken with New York Police Dept. detectives about the bar fight that left a gash in his chin … and law enforcement sources tell us his lawyer has given the NYPD “physical evidence” which allegedly shows Drake was involved in the melee. We’re told Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, went to the NYPD late today to present evidence showing that Drake and Meek Mill were the aggressors, but earlier in the day Chris spoke with Detectives at an undisclosed location in NYC. Cops tell us Chris is not currently a suspect but rather “a witness and a victim.” We’re also told Drake is not currently a suspect.

TMZ is reporting that rapper Gucci Mane, real name Radric Davis, lost $270,000 in a lawsuit filed by a Georgia based jewelry company. The company sued the rapper for stealing diamonds. A&A Diamonds filed a lawsuit against the rapper in Henry County, GA claiming they had loaned Gucci Mane a $130,000 pinky ring, and a diamond necklace and bracelet that totaled $110,000. The lawsuit stated that Gucci had 15 days to pay for the jewelry or return it, and he did neither. He only paid the company $40,000 of the money they claim he owed.

Despite the fact that Brown has a serious girlfriend, many believed he and Ri had been dating on the side. Until yesterday (March 22), that is, when Brown changed his Twitter profile picture to a Vincent van Gogh painting of a weeping man and cryptically posted the phrase “At Eternity’s Gate.”

So has Rihanna moved on to a new fling with Ashton? The pairing isn’t as random as it seems — these two have more in common than many realize! Both stars have been involved in past high-profile relationships that ended dramatically — Ri with Chris Brown and Ashton most recently with Demi Moore. The new friends also have intertwining social circles — Ashton is close friends with Diddy, who is pals with Rihanna’s mentor Jay-Z.
