TMZ has learned … Innocent Victim #4, Vladimira Brace, has lawyered up — claiming she suffered a spinal injury when she was trampled in the melee that ensued inside W.i.P. nightclub in NYC on June 13. Fif has provided the outside world with an update on the incarcerated boxing champion’s situation. The G-Unit leader revealed that Floyd Mayweather Jr. was having a tough time in jail. The beginning of Mayweather’s 3 month stint behind bars has been far from glamorous, according to Fif. During an interview with MTV, the rapper claimed that his friend, and undefeated boxing legend, Mayweather, had been finding things difficult inside. Mayweather is currently serving a 3 month sentence for the domestic battery of his ex-girlfriend in front of their two children.

Two close friends of Rodney King think his fiancée isn’t telling the truth about what happened leading up to his death … and they’ve voiced their suspicions to cops, TMZ has learned. As TMZ first reported, King’s fiancee, Cynthia Kelley, says she was awakened by the sound of King banging on the window of their home just after 5:00 AM on Sunday … and then heard him fall in the pool. But sources close to King tell TMZ they heard Kelley tell the story several times to friends … only the story changed a little bit each time and it seemed to them that she was lying about something.

King, whose 1991 videotaped beating by the Los Angeles police became a symbol of the nation’s continuing racial tensions and subsequently led to a week of deadly race riots after the officers were acquitted, was found dead Sunday in a swimming pool at the home he shared with his fiancée in Rialto, Calif. He was 47. There was no evidence of foul play, the Rialto police said.
